Change in Main Administrator

Solution

If you are needing to change the person currently listed as the main admin, log in, go to Setup tab, click Profile on the left.  Change all the information to the new admin information.  You can change the username here as well.  To change the password, you will need to logout and then click on the "Reset Password" link on the home page.  Enter the new username and look for the email to reset the password.  Once the password has been changed, the new person will be able to login as the main admin.

 

If the old admin is no longer with your organization, and did not give you the admin login/password, you will need to email support at help@data-keeper.com and request the profile information be changed to the new administrator.  This email will have to come from a supervisor at your organization.
