Can I make a family Inactive and how is the visit frequency affected?


Yes, you can make a family inactive if they are going to be gone for awhile. Once they come back, you can reactivate them and then update the enrollment date to when they came back. By updating the enrollment date, the reporting will go from the enrollment date forward. This will result in the family looking like a "new" family and will need to meet assessment and screening compliance.  

We recognize that this is not an ideal way to handle inactive families. We will be adding a "status history" that will then take into account periods of Inactivity, but we are not quite there yet.
