How do I deactivate home visitors and reassign children?

TUTORIAL: Deactivating Home Visitors and Helper Admin

 

If you need to deactivate home visitors, here’s a step-by step process.

 


 

  • Go to the Home Visitor tab to select the Active Home Visitor you want to deactivate.

 

 

 


  • Choose the home visitor that needs to be deactivated. You can select “Disabled” to prevent the home visitor from logging in. But the home visitor will still be active until deactivated.

 

 


 

 

  • If the home visitor has children assigned to him/her, you won’t be able to deactivate until reassigning. Click on “Reassign Caseload”.

 

 


 

 

  • When all families have been reassigned, you can deactivate the home visitor.

 

 

 


 

  • If you need reduce your paid user count by deactivating Helper Admins, go to the Setup section and delete any Helper Admins (H) that are no longer with your program.
